All photographs created by Michael Marrone Photography (“Photographer”) are protected under U.S. and international copyright law. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Upon delivery of digital or printed photographs, the Client receives an exclusive, non-transferable license for their use only. This license permits the Client to transfer the images to other individuals to download, store, print, and share the images for personal or commercial purposes unless authorized by Michael Marrone Photography. A $25/image licensing fee will be applied to images that are shared with anyone but the Client.

The following uses are NOT permitted without prior written authorization from the Photographer:

Commercial use, advertising, or promotion of any kind

Sale, resale, or redistribution of images

Altering, editing, or applying AI-based modifications beyond basic personal adjustments

Removal of watermarks, branding, or copyright notices

Use by third parties, businesses, or publications

Commercial, editorial, business, and promotional usage requires the purchase of an appropriate commercial license, which will outline the permitted scope, duration, and distribution rights.

By hiring Michael Marrone Photography, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these licensing terms.
